From initial field verification and drafting to conception, construction and completion, Allison Chando Planning & Design can assist in all stages of renovations. After an initial consultation with the client, we will provide recommendations depending on the scope of work. Our services range from drafting a floor plan on CAD and space planning to full renovations/additions, permit drawings, finish selection, and project management. Every home is different, and every family has diverse needs and budgets. While working with a designer or contractor is beneficial, every space needs a plan and foundation that is functional.
