ABOUT ME

As a native of north Dallas, Allison Chando has always had an appreciation for all aspects of art, architecture and design. This led to an education in the School of Architecture at Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design. During this time, she was fortunate to intern for the Interior Designer on campus and a prestigious design firm in Dallas. Following graduation, she began a career at a full service architectural firm in Houston, TX specializing in commercial interiors. After gaining more experience, Allison moved to a smaller commercial interiors firm, where she was able to take the NCIDQ and obtain certification as a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas.

Finally, after 12 years of design experience and a few years of life experience as an expat overseas, Allison accompanied her husband to West Texas for his career in the oil and gas industry. She quickly saw a need for space planning and architectural services in the Midland area for families seeking to renovate and reconfigure their older homes. After drawing floor plans for a few friends, the word began to spread and a business was born. Allison enjoys visualizing the potential of every home and then subsequently seeing the entire transformation unfold for her clients.

Allison lives in Midland, TX and spends time with her amazing engineer husband and their two beautiful children. In her free time, she is fortunate to volunteer with local ministries and enjoys playing tennis, mahjong and traveling near and far with her family. It is a privilege to serve friends and neighbors and collaborate with talented designers.
